How much does it cost?
You select the amount you want to top-up, and we will add those funds to the recipient's phone. Before payment, an order summary is displayed with the amount sent (recipient's currency), the phone number, and the US Dollar value for the top-up amount. The amount sent (in $) will be deducted from your eMax account balance.

What payment methods can I use at your site?
We accept all debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club International, BC Card, Union Pay, and Dina card. Your eMax Account must have credit before you can send Top-Up.

To send top-up to a friend in a different country, how long before he or she receives the credit?
Within seconds! The recipient will receive a text message confirmation to his phone upon the successful transaction and approval by the carrier. If you enter your mobile phone number or email, you will also get a notification.

What can I do if I send the top-up to the wrong number?
All transactions are final. Once the top-up is sent to a phone number, it is available for use immediately; hence it cannot be refunded or removed from the phone again. It is for this reason we make sure you double confirm the number at our site.
